Please advise what is the commercial operation planned at this address?

What are the proposed parking facilities for the operations/customers as this area is now highly congested with off street parking now with recent developments in the area.

My question is, why is a commercial business being considered in a high residential area. The street parking in this area is congested and already difficult navigating your way through. Please disclose the nature of the proposed development.
