Please ensure any works are to code / spec in terms of height off the ground, overall size, proximity to neighbour’s fence line / boundaries etc. Both the deck base level (and for sure some of the posts installed at the corners of the deck indicating a roofed structure to come?) seem very high compared to adjacent fences - seemingly causing a situation where even average height people will be considerably higher than the surrounding fences creating a loss of privacy potentially.
