I support this application. Itβs great to see the original proposal amended to deliver higher density in such a well-located area, close to local shops, regular bus services, and within walking distance of the metro. This is exactly where more housing should go.

I do not understand the requirement to increase density by two floors.
Please request further information as to the use and request for this.
Random increase of density such as this request should not be simply approved. This needs to be properly considered in regards to local area impact, traffic, height limits, shadowing etc.
