We can't believe this has been approved council has not taken into consideration neighbouring comments and now increasing their footprint by 3 stories, by another 9 metres dawfing neighbouring buildings. What about shadowing, parking there was already inadequate parking within this building. This is unacceptable

The amount of development in the area is crazy. Another one asking for extra floors and there has again been no consideration for traffic issues. It is a nightmare getting into and out of Regent St. The trains are gradually getting more and more packed. There's no on-street parking for visitors because residents use it as not enough car spots are built.

strongly oppose this.
an extra three storeys completely ignores the residents objections and fails to consider adequate measures.
there is already no available parking space in the community. The planning is also impractical and does not consider the impact on residents’ views and natural light.

Absolutely shocking that this building was approved in the first
place. As all of the other comments have captured, this area is now apartments on top of each other. Interfering with the natural light in apartments and overall physical and mental wellbeing of owners and tenants.

Trains from Kogarah are incredibly busy, with no additional services being added to meet demand. Parking is a major issue for all!

This area of Kogarah is continuing to become unsustainable. No privacy, no comfort and increased physical and mental discomfort/distress.
