Compression of existing properties is possibly OK, however with the additional housing comes additional vehicles, caravans, box trailers, boats, etc. Suitable off street vehicle housing should be taken into consideration whit these approvals. Remembering, each bedroom has the potential of another car on our roads with two from the master bedroom. Our local streets and roads are already very congested and the kerbs full.
