11 Units in a 34 Unit complex catering for 28 staff and up to 390 students. Seems this business is too big for the premises. Surely a globally recognised state of the art performing arts academy would be better suited to a stand alone purpose built facility instead of cramming into 11 industrial/warehousing style units. The traffic alone impedes other businesses. Good luck finding a parking spot on Dalton Street, Andy Ct, Sierra Place or Northward Street during business hours.

They have breached their existing approvals and operated outside of agreed hours (including Sundays on occasion) - end of year rehearsals in the past have resulted in severe congestion extending outside the complex on to Dalton Street and beyond. Queues regularly extend for hours during peak times. The proposed development is likely to exacerbate these conditions, contributing to prolonged delays, increased vehicular emissions, and reduced overall road efficiency. This increased traffic burden negatively impacts surrounding businesses by deterring customers, delaying shipments, and disrupting operational efficiency—ultimately reducing profitability and discouraging economic activity in the immediate area."

They are also operating as an educational facility or Academy for distance education students - will School Zones be outlined on Dalton Street to accommodate the size and scope of this business.
