28 Carlton Street, Waverley NSW 2024
- Description
- Remove one (1) Leighton green hedge and remove one (1) Lilly Pilly adjacent to side boundary and replace with two (2) local native hedges from Council’s Preferred Tree list, of minimum 45L pot size, growing to similar dimensions at maturity, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. Both hedges were planted to form a hedge along the fence and have been maintained at 3m. Both hedges have been heavily pollarded to be kept at an appropriate height and pruned back from neighbouring properties. The result of the pollarding has left large dead sections in the centre of the trees and has become onerous to maintain.
