Description

Remove two (2) Lilly Pillies and remove one (1) Chinese Tallow adjacent to rear fence. These trees presented in good health and condition, however it has been shown in a Structural Engineer's report that these trees are on top of a collapsing retaining wall which can only be repaired with their removal. As there is insufficient green space to accommodate three (3) replacement trees, this condition is to be satisfied with one (1) replacement tree and two (2) Offset Tree Planting payments.
