I support this application. It’s a fantastic addition to Crystal Street, and exactly what the area needs. The strip of shops here is underutilised at the moment, and adding more housing will help breathe new life into the precinct, making local businesses more viable in the process.
The location is ideal, with Petersham and Stanmore stations just a short walk away, along with nearby bus stops. I’m hopeful this development will kickstart a much needed revitalisation of Crystal Street.
