This proposed dwelling is located in the Hills Neighbourhood Zone in Encounter Bay. As per Plan SA, the maximum building height in this zone is 2 building levels up to a maximum height of 9 metres. The proposed dwelling exceeds both criteria. Current plans up for approval say this dwelling is 3 building levels and height 10.26 metres. Why has this application even got to this stage of planning?
