The Developmenti Ipswich website information is incorrect. This application is actually for the property next door to this at 86-88 ROSEMARY STREET, lodged by M SALAZAR PROPERTIES PTY LTD

I'm sure the owners at 90-92 are as horrified and concerned as the rest of the community at the constant infilling that is happening in our once leafy and green suburb.

We feel these sorts of developments reduce the amenity and liveability of our area and reduce habitat for our native wildlife, adding yet more cars to an already busy road system, with no public transport options.
We see wildlife dead on these roads due to the volume of cars and the speeds people travel. We would like to see traffic calming, not additional traffic.

Bellbird Park is undergoing the death by a thousand cuts of our trees and potential for habitat gardens. When do we start valuing trees the way we value property?

Difficult to be polite when you are witnessing the destruction of our suburb by a thoughtless council hell bent on uncontrolled development .We will continue to play the councils little game whilst we watch Bellbird Park disappear .This application should be placed in the bin where it belongs
