How did this school get approval for this highrise building backing so close and high along 12 local houses? One such house behind at 7 Bellemarie recently had to be removed from sale as is devalued by minimum 200k - 400k now. In fact who wants to live with the school behind in their back yard so high and the gold lit up cross in your face all night. The cross on the school and the block lights up the whole of Harrington Ave at night. I do not know how people living next to this can sleep at night. Where has all the back yard privacy gone for these houses along Bellemarie?
The new kiss and drop is going to be a nightmare with another 200+ cars lining up at end of day. Bad Now, any plans to fix or have own lane here? Is there going to be any traffic management, people park at line up across my driveway at 3pm every day, hard to get into my own garage.
What is the plan for those poor people in Bellemarie, i'm not there but i feel for them and their now unsaleable properties, unless at a price. Does no one check up on these things?
Drive down Bordeax behind Harrington towards Bellemarie and see the school poke above the two storey houses, is a disgrace for locals in the suburbs.
