How farcical! What "landscaping" is to be done when the building occupies 100% of the land.
The build has started & the footpath in Bowns Road is unmaintained (grass/weeds/rubble) & will soon be unpassible.
This already has all of the hallmarks of a Jerry built construction.
I attempted to email the builder regarding Bowns Road being a 3 tonne limit. They bounced my email back tagges as "unread"!
