We have been living in the area for 9 years now. I always love Ingleburn because it is peaceful and quiet. I don't opposed to any development as it will benefit the people living in the area but the proposed 10 storey residential building will have a huge impact on our living condition. I am a 52 year old man which loves and enjoy natural sunlight. The proposed 10 storey residential building next to our home has a serious concern to me considering the area were I'm living will get populated. It will also block the natural sun light which I love. It will also make our home dark once the building is erected. It will also be potentially prone to rubbishes being thrown into our fence once renters moves in. It also concerns me seriously that we will no longer have the privacy that we love and cherish and this concerns me the most.
