All traffic from this site and all the other high density complexes on River Rd must pass down Mary St between the TAFE and child care centre if traveling to Brisbane or to get to local shops and to the Warrego Hwy.
Mary St is congested and both sides of this street are lined with parked cars already.
In a disaster, such as flood or bushfire, people are trying to get out with horse floats etc.
The lack of access and alternative routes here is already dangerous without adding up to 41 more residences.
