Why does this property need to become another doctor medical since there is one directly across the road and i think the traffic intersection near by really needs redevelopment itself like a round about as the lights make built up traffic from over the bridge and the lights down at the other intersection near hungry jacks and bunnings causing so much congestion morning and afternoon, plus there would go yet another valuable rental property to house a family.
I seriously think there should be a no answer to making it another medical centre unless the one across the road wishes to relocate
