Description: Secondary Consent Amendment to approved plans - The proposed changes have been driven by cost considerations provided by the builder, leading to a reduction in the project scope. The key changes are as follows: First Floor: - The previous proposed first-floor addition has been removed, and the existing first-floor layout will now be retained. - The cladding to the west side (rear yard) of the first floor will be replaced with Scyon Axon panels with a painted finish. - The rear (west facing) face of the existing tiled roof will be replaced with roof sheeting, as detailed in the updated drawings.
