- Remove one (1) Acmena smithii from rear garden adjacent to garage 4 and replace with two (2) local native trees from Council’s Preferred Tree list, of minimum 45L pot size, growing to similar dimensions at maturity, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. To facilitate repairs works to the garage wall, the Lilly pilly will require removal. The tree is located approximately 700mm from the wall and the proposed rectification would require excavation into the structural and critical root zone of the tree, therefore causing potential destabilisation. It was also noted that the tree’s canopy was inhibited by an existing Tuckeroo tree forcing the tree to grow westward, creating further pressure on the wall.
