Another subdivision purely for maximum profit and no consideration for actual quality of life for the existing neighbours, nor the proposed residents. This type of development does not solve the housing crisis, it just makes a future ghetto. I would be willing to bet they only allow for 1 car per residence, yet most residences in Ipswich have 2 - 3 or more cars due to large and/or culturally diverse families. The previous application on these lots was for 78, thank goodness the council denied that application. Let's hope they deny this one for a more sensible and sustainable density of housing.
