16 St Thomas Street, Bronte NSW 2024
- Description
- Remove two (2) Duranta from front garden area and replace with two (2) local native trees growing to similar dimensions at maturity, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. These trees are within a planter box, their root systems are pushing against a collapsing, wooden retaining wall which can only be repaired with their removal; the removal of the wall with the trees in-situ could see them fail. At the time of inspection there was a birds nest present in the canopy, it is the applicant’s and arborist’s responsibility to ensure that the nest is free of fauna and eggs before the trees are removed, in accordance with Council’s Tree Management Policy, part 5.5.4 Trees as Habitat. If there is a presence of fauna and/or eggs, the works must not proceed until the applicant contacts WIRES on 1300 094 737.
