I have viewed Google Earth historical imagery dating back to the year 2004 and the structure was existing. My client purchased the property earlier this year and seeks to get approval to legally occupy the secondary dwelling. The extent of work they intend to complete is to meet the Basix requirements in regard to rainwater tanks, wall and ceiling insulation and rating of fixtures and fitting.
