In addition, due to position of underground water tank of dwelling 2 and in order to access it for routine maintenance, decking must be used instead of concrete paving. The result of this application is that permeable area increases by 85m2 from 643.9 to 728.9m2 and impermeable reduces from 812.79 to 792.79m2
