Proposed amendments to endorsed plans: Due to 1) level of build and 2) position of drainage in the courtyards, decking must be used instead of planting and pavers, to avoid both unnecessary soil being brought to site and root damage to drain pipes. It should be noted that we are replacing permeable surface with an equally permeable surface. Pot plants will feature in courtyards to provide necessary greenery. In addition, due to position of underground water tank of dwelling 2 and in order to access it for routine maintenance, decking must be used instead of concrete paving. The result of this application is that permeable area increases by 85m2 from 643.9 to 728.9m2 and impermeable reduces from 812.79 to 792.79m2
