Existing permit allows: Use of the existing building as a Tavern, liquor licence and waving car parking requirements in accordance with endorsed plans Proposed amendments: • Amend the permit preamble to remove reference to “Tavern”, and to include reference to “Use of the land for the sale or consumption of liquor”; • Amend Condition 1 to allow live musical entertainment (which is to be indoor only, until 11pm Monday to Saturday, and until 10pm on Sunday); • Amend Condition 4 to include reference the footpath trading area; • Amend Condition 6 to increase patron numbers from a maximum of 90 to 120, and to remove reference to the 40 patron limit during previously stipulated hours; • Amend currently endorsed plans to include the current footpath trading area under the permit and minor internal rearrangements, and to approve the submitted acoustic report and venue management plan.
