As this is on a bad bend on Pitt Town Road and with the build up of traffic coming through from Box Hill, etc. this would be a very dangerous site for cars entering and exiting.
It is very bad now with the school traffic to and from Hills Grammar blocking the roundabout at Annangrove without more traffic from this proposed development. Also young children can be very unpredictable and could run out on to this busy road. Parents’ nightmare!

Proposed Development DA 468/2025/HC. 29 Pitt Town Rd Kenthurst.
As a Descendent of the Wrench Family, a pioneer family of Kenthurst, we strongly disapprove the proposed development of a Childcare Centre at 29 Pitt Town Rd Kenthurst.
The House and outbuildings were built between 1850/1860 until the turn of the century. So it makes them over 100 years old. The big old Frangipani at the back would be around the some age. The front fence with the Two big posts was also put up around the same time. Also it was commercial orchard for many years. The proposed demolition of the previously mentioned buildings will destroy some of the local history of Kenthurst forever.
The block is also on a bad bend, with the build up of traffic coming through could be very dangerous for cars entering the block. The speed limit being 70 km an hour has huge concerns for young children and parents, as young children can be very unpredictable and can run out on to a very busy road. We strongly opposed to the development of a Childcare Centre at 29 Pitt Town Rd Kenthurst.
