There is some tree vegetation on the rear boundary of this site, without having more details it is difficult to tell if it is able to be retained.
If worthy of retention CCS believes older trees are worth keeping as we continually lose more to development across the municipality. Young trees take too long to mature leaving the site to become a heat sink, with extensive roof tops across this land parcel.
