Why were only 22 residents notified when this proposal affects all the residents.

ie Traffic congestion
Lack of much needed infrastructure if this proposal goes ahead

From what I understand, whereas concerns for building approvals on residential properties may be made to Council, for a development requiring ‘subdivision ‘ of land needs to be addressed by Council to the NSW Government portal, not by individuals. Please correct me if I am mistaken but I have already emailed Council some weeks ago with my similar concerns. James Owen, Tweed Councillor is aware and addressed last Community meeting with very informative advice.
