An existing home/house extension request. Planning permit already in place, this is a secondary consent. We have previously applied (Sept 2021) for a secondary consent to do a bedroom extension to our small 2 bedroom house, it was approved by council in 2021 although due to Covid and a number of financial impacts we choose not to progress with the bedroom extension. We are now wanting to extend and add a main bedroom (Parent retreat, believe me we need it!) and add a nice new shinny nice smelling kitchen and living room.
