Councils environmental team in planning need to ensure trees are planted to become fully grown habitat trees into the future. Every new development must achieve good environmental outcomes along with energy efficiency, and good passive solar design, must also contribute to the restoration of canopy trees across Maroondah.
CCS will not object if these conditions are enforced as part of the landscaping plan.
