Georges River Council has this part of Wisdom street under investigation for stormwater issues and no approval should be given until this and the Blakehurst/Kogarah Flood Study is complete with the right information.
The council stormwater drain which was shown on council maps and studies leading to Connells bay for discharge near the rear of this property was rectified by council on the 15/07/24 as the pipe did not exist.
The other pipe known to council was legally blocked with their approval as water was illegally being discharged to this pipe from a landowner.
The applicant has inherited a problem like myself and fellow neighbors.
