Given this street includes residential homes we have concerns about the level of noise early and late during the day with the roller door being open.

A lot of cars are already parking on the street which is damaging the sidewalk. This would significantly increase with this proposal. This is a high traffic area.

Seems like a reasonable use for this area. Pool next door. Golf course and BMX track. And close to river walk and bike track. New offices on the river compliment the local ecosystem. it’s a area being repurposed moving out the old usages.
