Great use of the land; BUT I hope adequate vehicular accommodation will be included in the construction.
Our street and road kerbs are fully occupied with parked cars; boats; caravans etc already and therefore all new developments should include adequate off street vehicular parking.
Remember for every person living on a property there is the possibility that they will have a vehicle. each bedroom one vehicle plus two for the master.
