I would ask that the assessor consider how any proposed works will deal with the significant volume of overland flow that can pass through this property into those downhill from it, specifically 3 Kara St. I would also ask that careful consideration be made if overland flow water paths are to be diverted to other locations along the fence line / elsewhere, their capacity to satisfactorily divert the volume expected/possible and what impact that would have on the surrounding properties.
