I hope this development (like all others) will have adequate off street vehicular housing & parking. This should include the possibility of they having a caravan; box trailer or a boat. Our local roads and streets are already fully congested with kerb side parking restricting the flow of traffic. So all future developments should ensure adequate, off street vehicle parking.
