I object to this application for several reasons as stated below:
1. Two shared bathrooms are not sufficient for 10 units.
2. Most workers will not be undertaking work on the actual rural property but at sites elsewhere. As such the owners of this property could secure or build accommodation close to these other sites in urban areas, and still add 'to the community' as stated in the application.
3. Is not in the spirit of the Bellarine Distinctive Area and Landscapes in preserving and retaining productive rural land between our townships, with increased built form.
