Hugely concerned with this. Volvo was extremely loud and disturbed the peace who was the previous tenant.
It is General Industry A zoning for a reason and that is for users to stick to the designated BCC regulations and hours of operation. A manufacturing facility is not suitable for this location and can be placed in its designated zoning B or C. This is across the road from homes!!!! You need a storage user or something of this nature.
BCC what is the point of regulations and code if this is not stood by? A facility for manufacturing is not ok at this location.
