I wish to object to the proposed development on the grounds that this will cause more traffic and congestion on this corner. I can also foresee car parking on and around this area becoming an issue with regard to visitors etc. due to the proposed 4 units. I have lived here for 15 years and have seen the increase in the amount of street parking, due to many developments already along this Crescent. It makes safe passage along here sometimes difficult already with visibility lowered due to large volume of parked vehicles and the fact that it is a Crescent .
