To the proper Officer,

Why are we continuing to build west of the Bridge when our roads are in atrocious conditions, plans for the GRB, which I oppose because it is a waste of financial resources, the access Roads will close definitely in a major floods.
And the proposed Richmond Bridge being proposed in its current location by Transport for NSW will be a disaster in around North Richmond, Southee Road and destroy very valuable heritage land and building on Inall's Lane.
There is a petition that was tabled in Council some years ago which said in short'
,no rezoning of land west of the River till infrastructure is in place to address the lack of transport infrastructure. If you ignore this submission, please explain.

I support this shed!

To see other comments around being against any development west of the river because of a lack of infrastructure, yet these same people comment that they are against any planned infrastructure, just goes to show the shallowness of the inept NIMBY’s that will complain over anything and everything.

A shed isn’t going to alter someone’s life in a negative way. I fully support a shed being constructed.
