Absolutely not Broulee can’t handle another multi dwelling housing build the other 80 housed are yet constructed the school is full the beach road is bumper to bumper oaks ranch wants to take initiative on the already approved DA for 200 homes…no!

Have we learned nothing from the North Coast NSW overdevelopment of small towns
Broulee is bursting at the seams
The infrastructure is non existent and developer greed is rife
