Seeking the following conditions to eliminate unacceptable environmental and neighbourhood impact:
That the signage if illuminated only be erected upon the front wall below the awning, or hang from the awning 90⁰ from the wall.
That illuminated signage not be operated:
Beyond the hours of trade;
At anytime before sunrise or after 22:00 daily whether the premises is open for trade or otherwise.
That business identification signage not depict:
The name, logo or insignia must not depict associated with any product or brand of alcoholic beverage, gambling or bookmaking services.
That the total of signage area to not exceed 1.5m².
