Hi Council,
Before approving any further development, please consider upgrading the highway accesses. There is a 110 place day-care centre proposed in Biggs Rd and now this subdivision. The traffic movements around Withcott onto the highway are already dicey. Something needs to be done before adding even more traffic movements onto the highway. Perhaps additional costs could be passed on to developers to allow for this.
