I would like to draw your attention to the amount of traffic congestion that will be created when and if this proposal is accepted. I live in Grandview Bvd about 100 metres north of the project. We already have problems with traffic during drop off and pickup of school children, I have to continually ask drivers to refrain from parking across my driveway, i have reported this to council. if i want to get my caravan out of or into my driveway i can't do it between 7.45am to 9.00am or between 2.30pm to 4.00pm due to either traffic flow, our vehicles parked either side the driveway and the street. If this project does go ahead maybe the developer could approach the council to rezone the top end of the disused parkland abating Canisby way to create parking for both the Mother Teresa Catholic Primary School and the project which would reduce some of the congestion and parking problems.
