The fibro house and shed on this block were demolished from 28th December 2022 into the first two weeks of January 2023. The block is now overrun with weeds and debris, plus neighbour hood motor vehicles. The paddock needs to be cleared before the heat begins. Also the footpath nature strip needs to be mowed and cared for at least by the garden staff on the council, if not, by the new owners. Was there council approval knocking down the 60 year old fibro house and shed? There certainly was no asbestos hazard care happening for those few weeks it took to be demolished.
