Hi a resident of 6 Stanley Street Kogarah we now have another development higher than the current apartments, it's really unfair that Georges River Council is not considering views that will be blocked. Building not being aligned to building next door only 6-7 levels. Plus the extra traffic to Stanley Street, Stanley Lane and Regent Lane. Regent Street lights to Princess hwy is struggling to cope with current traffic. Considering this will have shops once again there is insufficient parking for staff and patrons of these premises. We also need to consider the local Schools give the community the infrastructure if government is chasing g developer money
