Description

Address is 79 Brooklyn Drive Bourkelands Large Gum tree locate in direct front of residence which has grown well past a manageable level and is now considered a safety issue as it is dropping reasonable size branches/limbs on the ground and driveway and front landing of the home. The dropping of limps has impacted both human, vehicle safety and the tree is also impacting the pathed driveway causing the lifting of the pavement which will continue to impact that section of the residence. The tree has also started to impact the structure of the residence and front access. The tree is located on a steep slope with half trunk exposed to the elements and termites. Again this will only get worse if the tree is left in its current position as the species of tree is very invasive once the tree has matured. I am happy to plant multiple replacement plants/trees in the garden to assist with the reduction of carbon and remove risk of erosion.
