The application to have the land subdivided should not proceed as the owner is currently going through insolvency court proceedings and is attempting fraud by avoiding its obligations to creditors. Multi-sibdivision will only allow the owner to shift part of its asset and decrease the value of what it owns so it can avoid paying what is owed to creditors.
