My objections for such a large development next to my home are as follows
-Significant loss of value to my property and existing properties near by
-Increased traffic on an already poor-quality road
-Danger to public e.g. dog walkers, runners and horse riders from increase of traffic as there is no footpath om Sugarloaf road
-The amount of noise complaints the council will receive. All neighboring properties have buggies and dirt bikes which are loud. Guaranteed you put 11 houses there these people will complain about the noise
-Pollution to my bore water. Having 20 more septic tanks within 200m of my bore will surely contaminate my water supply which I reply on in the second half of the year for drinking water when my rain water tanks have run out
-If it was 4 acre blocks I would not object at all, I would love other people to move here and experience the lifestyle we have on small acreage blocks. But building a small housing estate out here in a rural area is just out of order.
The developer Mr Currey has a court list as long as my arm, he does not care about anyone but himself and making money at other people's expense. Is he the kind of person we want to attract to this area? If this planned development goes ahead then it will just prove that WRC puts Sydney property developers' money before its residents, the people you are employed to stand up for !
