As a resident of 51 Lancaster Street, Dianella, I earnestly appeal to the City of Stirling to carefully consider the type of dwelling that is to be built on 49B Lancaster Street, as another two-storey home on the other side of our properties is going to have further impact on us, as far as privacy, lack of sunlight, noise etc. goes.
Please consider the senior residents living in this street as well and take our needs into account. I have been a ratepayer in the City of Stirling for almost 34 years!
