Millswyn St is a quiet residential street with a heritage overlay and resident-only parking, which is often ignored by visitors to the area. It is totally inappropriate to have a business with lots of visitorse. It changes the character of the street, creates a precedent, and will add even more pressure of noise and parking. Please turn down this application.
