I AM ONE OF THE LAST FIVE LOTS ON PLEASURE POINT ROAD,
I BELIEVE 76 PLEASURE POINT ROAD IS NOT A FULL FIVE LOT,
THIS HAS BEEN SUBDIVIDED SOME YEARS AGO THERE ARE ALREADY TWO LOTS THAT HAVE BEEN BUILT ON ONLY LEAVING THREE LOTS AVAILABLE FOR
THIS OWNER.
MY CONCERN IS THE AMOUNT OF TRAFFIC THIS SUIBDIVISON WOULD
GENERATE AND BEING SO CLOSE TO HEATHCOTE ROAD NWOULD BE
A WORRY FOR ALL RESIDENTS.
APART FROM THAT WHERE WOULD THE NEW RESIDENTS
PUT THEIR GARBAGE BINS ON PLEASURE POINT ROAD FOR PICKUP
MONDAY MORNING?
