We purchased a house in this court back in 2021 for being in a quiet area, for our children to grow up in, to be able to play in the court and walk to school.
Council have already approved subdivision for 3 townhouses at the end of the court at number 13 woodlands court. Therefore creating no longer 4 dwellings at the end of the court but now 6 cramped houses, to approve a further 3 townhouses will now create a squished and unliveable space at the end of the court with 8 dwellings. The cars alone in the court are restricted already, not to mention the bins and amount of traffic this will create.
Completely taking away the peaceful court life that we purchased back in 2021.
It is not possible to have this many dwellings at the end of an already squished court, townhouses like this should only be approved on streets that can cater for this amount of traffic.
